Zwerenz & Krause is a successful family business with a long tradition in the areas of real-estate development and investment. It was founded in Vienna in 1955 and has been managed by Mr. Erwin Krause – a member of the second generation – since 1986. In recent years, investments in real-estate projects valued at several hundred million euros have been transacted in cooperation with national and international investors. Zwerenz & Krause took on a pioneering role in the CEE countries which is highly valued by its international partners.
